CLIMBING WALL

Rock climbing is an exhilarating full-body workout that will leave you begging for more! There is nothing that can compare. We are one of the only fitness facilities in the Pittsburgh area to offer a climbing wall right in our gym.

INTERNET EXPRESSO CARDIO BIKES

These interactive bikes allow riders to interact with other virtual riders on over 30 various routes of trails, tracks, forests, deserts and coastlines.

Our other brands include Precor, Life Fitness, Star Trac, Cybex, Cybex Arc Trainers, Sci-Fit Ellipticals, Hammer Strength, Nautilus, Paramount, Magnum, Streamline and our newest edition, MoveStrong. We ensure that we have duplicates and sometimes even triplets of all machines so there is never a delay in your workout routine.
